If you have concern that your child could improve his weight and/or fitness, a comprehensive and intensive program is an excellent first step.

Before joining one of our programs, many have tried and failed with other information-based programs, diets, fitness training, or sessions with therapists or dieticians. Although these efforts are commendable, the lack of integration of all components and often the lack of intensity contribute to short-term gain, but no long-term weight management. Overweight adolescents are 17 times more likely to become obese adults than adolescents who are not overweight.
